Are there tickets available at the box office?
Yes, tickets can also be purchased at the box office.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, in general, it is sufficient to show the ticket digitally on your smartphone. Please ensure that the QR code is clearly visible.
WonderDome is suitable for children aged 6 to 12 years old.
Children aged 3 and over require a ticket. Toddlers are welcome to come along, of course. Children under 3 do not have to pay an entrance fee.
How long does a visit take?
Plan for about 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Depending on how many shows, photo opportunities, and experience areas you'd like to visit, your stay could be longer.
When do the shows (Meet & Greets) take place?
The Dinosaur Show takes place at 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM. Immediately following this is the transforming B-Car. Show times may vary slightly depending on visitor numbers.
Is the WonderDome weather-independent?
Yes, WonderDome is an indoor world of experience and therefore also well suited for rainy, windy or cold weather.
Is it permitted to take photos and videos?
Yes, photos and short videos are welcome. You are welcome to publish and share your recordings – we appreciate your contributions and links.
Is there parking available on site?
Paid parking spaces directly at the NH Hotel (behind the hotel, side entrance next to the hotel entrance)

Can I come with a pram?
Yes, pushchairs can generally be brought along.
Is there food and drink?
The culinary well-being is well taken care of. There are ample seating options with tables where food and drinks can be enjoyed in peace.
Can I pay with a debit or credit card?
Card payments are common in many areas. For safety, we recommend having some cash with you as well, in case individual vendors only accept specific payment methods.
Do I have to come at a specific time?
The exhibition is accessible without time slots and can be visited at any time during regular opening hours.
